This is not a decree

This is not a decree.
This is not a declaration. This is not an order.

It’s funny though as the Order of Merit is “a special honour awarded to individuals of great achievement in the fields of the arts, learning, literature and science.”  Aspirations of mine to work in the arts, lifelong learning, reading and intrigue about the advancements of science in its use and research.

This is simply an introduction to the work that has been done, the work to come to be, the work to become. I’m not a poet but recently I saw a show where others were differently inclined which inspired me to make my words rhyme a little more than they used to.

This blog has been three years in the making, with no foundation. I’ve just had ideas, ideas and plans and plans, but a bird in the hand is better than one in the bush so finally I made it here.

Clicked publish(ed), doubt turned to rubbish and cascaded off thoughts of what could be to should, to uff it, write it, don’t cuff it and let the critique come from someone other than yourself. Submit your art. Create, curate and stay curious.

Use your hands to furnish something, use your mouth to turn something, see, with eyes, more than nothing and create, curate and stay curious.

An introduction, a documentation of dreams to something more than, to fruition with ambition as the propellant to … progress.
